Noise / Vibration

Soundproofing material inside the inner panel to keep engine noise out of the cabin. (picture 1)

Soundproofing material outside the tunnel to suppress noise from the powertrain (picture 7)

Soundproofing material inside the fender panel to block engine and wind noise (picture 6)

Soundproofing material on both sides of the dashboard, under the bonnet and under the roof to prevent engine and outside noise from penetrating the cabin (picture 2,3,4,5,8,12)

Soundproofing material, reinforced steel sheet and sealer inside the wheel houses to intercept tire noise (picture 9,10)

Soundproofing material around the gearshift lever to obstruct outside noise (picture 13)

Foam padding and polyurethane soundproofing on the upper and lower parts of A,B and C pillars as well as around the seatbelt mounts to keep noise from reaching the cabin via conduits in the frame (each pillar, picture 11)

 
Highly Strength Body

Vibration is prevented by applying fusion welded robust pad on the door panel.

The Chairman's vibration blocking materials are used on the side panel and roof.

Vibration is further prevented by applying asphalt sheet to the body floor.
